Dax's Daily Dose of Tarot & Numerology!
Today's Card of The Day is the Three of Wands! ...The "Waiting for My Ship to Come In" Card! ....Wands are related to the "Fire" Element and are about Our Passion(s)! ...The Number Three (3) is from the Creativity Numbers sub-group in Numerology, 3 - 6 - 9
This is traditionally a Card of realized goals, assessment, co-operation in material things, accepting practical help, fruitful partnerships and appreciation.
Today's DATE reduces to (05162021 = 17 = 1 + 7 = 8) the Eight-Vibration, Abundance & Prosperity! ...Eight is double-Four (structure), a fulfillment of, and higher-vibration of, the Four-Energy. It is from the Business Numbers sub-group in Numerology, 2 - 4 - 8...
Abundance is limitless. Eight on it's side is the Infinity Symbol "∞". It's a Number of Balance and brings Harmony... Eight is ambitious and determined, but sometimes materialistic and power hungry.
The DAY reduces to (16 = 1 + 6 = 7) the Seven-Energy, The Seeker! ...It is from the Mind Numbers sub-group in Numerology, 1 - 5 - 7...
Seven is deep, introspective, intuitive, private, reclusive, secret, separate, distant, and indifferent to the outer world of phenomena but not to the inner worlds of secrecy, intrigue, hidden mysteries.
Seven is highly analytical, inquisitive, perfection-seeking, often critical. Spiritual, meditative and intelligent, it can also be secretive.
Seven and Eight are "Challenge Numbers" to each other. Seven is more introverted, private, while Eight is more extroverted, so you may feel pulled in two directions today.
The best way to handle this is to simply split up your day, fulfilling each Energy's inclinations separately...
In the Waite/Smith version of The Three of Wands (shown below from the Radiant Deck), a man, possibly a merchant, stands on a high hill, overlooking a harbor, with ships coming in...
He is framed by two staffs (wands) and holds another in his right hand. This is a fulfillment of the Two of Wands, where he watched his ships heading to sea. Now they are returning, laden with goods.
The whole card, even the sea itself, is permeated by the color yellow, the color of Optimism. His outer garment is the red of Passion, with a swath of green, Growth. There is also green on the ground and green growth on the staves... He has matured and grown.
He has used his Creativity, and Communication Skills, (3-Energy) to manifest his Dreams into reality! Folks used to say "I'm just waiting for my ship to come in!", which is passive, more of a "Wish" than an Intention!
The person who says this is going to be waiting a longtime for that ship! ....Real creation comes from setting the Intention and following through...............
Bright Blessings!
