Books and Coffee .....Oh-YA! ☕💜😎 My favorite combination! When I first started studying Tarot there was no "Internet". YUP! We did it the old fashioned way, we read BOOKS! 😲🤯 I know, our Millennial, and younger, friends are in shock and horror right now!
There were these things, made with rectangular paper, with words "printed" onto the paper, and then stacked together, on top of each other, sometimes hundreds of them! ...and held together with a "cover" on the front and back, and something called "binding"! 🤯
I know, I know.... Just think of a Kindle or iPad, but without batteries! 😆 These "books", as they were called, were stacked on shelves, in a book-"store", or something called a "library"! 🤯
The best of these, of course, were ones that also had Cafes ☕ built right into them! My favorite was Borders Bookstore, because they had "Seattle's Best Coffee"! ...I discovered S.B.C. when I lived in Seattle, before Starbucks was even a household name - I know right! ....Dinosaurs still roamed the Earth! ...It was a wonderful time!
My favorite S.B.C. coffee was Henry's Blend. I loved S.B.C. so much, I went to their school for commercial vendors and opened my own coffee businesses! ☕
Of course, Starbucks bought out S.B.C. and Barnes & Noble bought out Borders Books. Hey! ....Can't beat them, then buy them!
Now one can't read a lot of books without wondering about their authors, and even thinking about writing your own book(s)! Authors, however, are sometimes thought of as these mythical creatures, kinda like "fairies"!
Do they even really exist, we ponder??? 🤔🧐 ....Well, of course! ...But they are "special", or at least very different from us... Right?!??
Well, I did some research, and it turns out they are just "people", like you and me! 😲🤯 Granted, fiction writers are a special case. It takes a lot of imagination that many of us don't have, but I'm talking more about non-fiction authors...
They simply have a passion about a "topic", and decided to put down their thoughts! ....and it's Time! ....Time for you to take the Leap, and write about Your Passion!
Perhaps you have been held back by something. The Eight of Swords suggests it's too many thoughts & ideas! Too many ideas on what to write about, and self-sabotaging ones like:
"I can't write!", "I am not good enough!", "What if no one reads my work?", "There's already a lot of books on my topic!", "No one wants to hear what I have to say!".....
Today's Full DATE reduces to the Seven-Vibration of The Seeker! This is the perfect day to go within and examine why you have these thoughts!
The Fool card shows up to give you the nudge! Jump into this journey, and think of it as setting off on a wonderful adventure!
The truth is you CAN write about your Passion(s)! Many books on a topic just means people are interested. Different authors provide different perspectives, and new thoughts, ideas and knowledge on a topic. 😍 I didn't read ONE book on the "Tarot", I read every book that came out! 😉
The DAY, today, (12th = 1 + 2 = 3) reduces to the Three-Vibration of Communication & Creativity! ....It's the perfect day to sit down with a good cup of coffee ☕️, and start!
The Queen of Wands says to tap into your creativity, your passion, and love for a topic, and just start writing! You don't need to have it all figured out right now! The Fool says, just make the Leap and get started!
Begin getting your thoughts down. Do some research (there's that 7-Energy again!)... Oh, and don't forget to get yourself some Henry's Blend! ☕️ .....It really is THAT good! 💜😎
