Eleven (11) is also the Master Illuminator Number. Today's DATE reduces to "11" as well, and then finally to two (2), and this is why the Vibration is written as 11/2.
The Master Illuminator Number is about learning and teaching, being "illuminated", which also means seeing clearly what's going on.
